Your goal is to deliver high-quality, functioning units to new residents, so day-to-day tasks include walking through vacant units, identifying needed repairs and ensuring all issues are resolved prior to tenant move-in.

Gain leadership and team management experience with a role as a maintenance supervisor, responsible for supervising the maintenance team, ensuring high-quality work amongst team members and overseeing supply inventory.
